Internships
Our internship
program is our most significant source of new employees.
Experience over the years has shown that the internship
program is the best way for both the firm and the prospective
employee to learn about each other.
Interns in all LawAfrica offices rotate
through a variety of practice areas during their stay
with the firm, either on a formal rotation basis or
through informal assignments. Team assignments and work
allocation are provided to each intern to insure as
diverse an experience as possible. In all offices, intern's
preferences for work with specific teams or areas of
practice strongly influence the assignments they are
given. |
